Simon last week played in the European Open at The London Golf Club. Simon's first two rounds of 71 and 78 finished Simon's week with a total of 149 just missing the cut for the final rounds. After a busy weekend which saw no fewer than 45 changes to the lead (including several ISM stable mates), the 39 year old, whose only previous European Tour victory was the 2004 Open de España, beat England's Steve Webster, Scot Gary Orr and Spaniard Alvaro Quiros by a shot.
Simon now moves onto the Wales Celtic Manor Open, Celtic Manor Golf Resort, Wales, from the 4th to the 7th June. Simon's Tee Times are 13:05pm (GMT) with Barry Lane and Michael Lorenzo-Vera. R2 time is 07:55am (GMT).
