Simon last week played in the BMW Italian Open, Torin, Italy. Simon's score over the first two rounds were 73 and 78, he missed the cut for the final rounds and finished with a score of 151. Daniel Vancsik won the Italian Open in Turin producing a six under par round of 65 to finish the tournament 17 under par - six better than John Daly, Raphaël Jacquelin and Robert Rock who finihsed in tie second place.
